No Returns or Exchanges:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our items.
- Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not permitted, including for sale items, during sale periods, including Christmas Sale, Diwali Sale, Ramadan/Eid period orders, or any other promotional sale.
- Pre-orders cannot be canceled for any reason.
- Customers are strongly advised to read the product descriptions and check the before ordering, as we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any issues.
Refunds: Refunds may be provided in the following cases:
- Incorrect Product : If the Product delivered is different from the one you ordered.
- Incorrect Order: If you receive a product or variant different from the one ordered.
- Items/Accessories Missing: If the product is delivered with missing pieces, applicable only if the product is not wearable.
- Product Damaged: If the product is broken, eroded, faded, stained, or otherwise damaged upon delivery.
If any of the above situations occur, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details and supporting evidence (such as photos of the issue). Refunds will be processed once the issue is verified.
